I ordered two front strut assemblies for my 2006 R...

I ordered two front strut assemblies for my 2006 Ridgeline. The left was fine, the right had the top pad and stud assemble misaligned. It was impossible to connect. It took me over an hour of struggling with the thing before I finally compared it to the original part. So, OK, a mistake, it happens. I sent it back. they sent another one that is identical to the first. Now, they will not send me a replacement (probably just as well) and they want me to pay to ship their crappy part back to them. The boxes both of the defective struts came in had been opened and resealed before they came to me. I suspect they may have been sent back before I got them. If so, they are deliberately sending out defective parts which is really annoying at least and could be dangerous. My truck has been down for a week now and I need it and may have to rent one. I've gotten parts from Rock auto over the years. I will never order from them again. They make it near impossible to contact them directly. I will leave this review on every site I can find. A bad way to do business.
