It wasn't. Most of the production lines were shut, so there wasn't that part of the factory to see. The story of where chocolate came from was told in the first 5 - 10 minutes but then retold in several different ways throughout the 'guided tour'. They had an area where they demonstrated making chocolates with liquid chocolate the old fashioned way which was the trip highlight.



They liked to try to make more money from the paying customer by not ONE but TWO photo opportunities. The first was to stand in front of a green screen with some computer generated scene. The other was on the Cadabra ride (a ride for very young kids!) that we had to queue for as you could not bypass it. We wasted 20 minutes of our time!

Won't be going back, it was disappointing and not worth anywhere near the money we paid. All over in less than 2 hours!
