Not sure what the previous comment is about, ive never had any negative experiences especially with HR. My interview was painless and HR gal Alyssa was super nice. The HR VP welcomed all of us first day in our Monday orientation. I really enjoyed the pizza lunches during employee on boarding, how they make u feel welcome. CEO bought pizza and even said hi. Family owned and ran from the top, no red tape, everyone s held accountable. Good pay...good amt of work ...which is good job security. It feels good to be a part of a team, something that was definitely missing at my other job.
