WORST LANDLORD EVER!!!I had leaking in my daughters room for months.they sent a plumber out a few times,yet didn't fix anything and told us" to tell them"when it leaks again and then claimed it looked like we just put water in the bucket smh.we've had a huge hole in our ceiling for WEEKS as well as leaking.the carpenter they sent left his work supplies in my daughter room as well. The hot water supply is terrible andwasher in the basement has been filled n backed up with water for WEEKS ....LITERALLY. Lol don't bother calling like I have 3 times lol they won't bother. Also they charge you heat you can't even control with a security box over it.SLUM LORD COMPANIES sounds like a better name for this company.who pays 850 just to live a ghetto ass building with a hole in the ceiling???smh NEVER AGAIN. #becautious
