I have mixed feelings about Astoria Bank. While their online banking is convenient and easy to use, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. On a few occasions, I called their customer support line and was put on hold for an extended period of time before speaking with a representative. Additionally, their interest rates are not as competitive as some other banks. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the convenience of their online services and will continue to use them for now.
