We had a surprise party for my mom's birthday. We had brunch at the Atlantic Grill of the Seagate Hotel in their Wine Room, which was cool and convenient. We were able to see our guest of honor approach and for all she could see or tell, there was another party going on. The servers would very nice and helpful and the food was great. They also have valet parking, another plus because I think our cars would have been a dead giveaway.
