The drive-thru customer service is poor. You have to repeat your order five six times for someone understand it. Even with a car off you still have to continually repeat yourself even when the facility is not busy. I suggest better train employees in the Drive-Thru. Until then you have lost my business. I should not have to repeat myself five six times to place an order. And then have your drive-thru person have a smirk on their face like they accomplished something great in irritating a customer. Maybe putting an adult in the Drive-Thru would be better instead of a high school or college kid someone with some work ethic that knows how to properly conduct themselves. I won't return until I know that there is a difference in Staffing
