My name is vatsal srivastava and i was working in Tekshapers software solutions. Actually i have sent an email to my team lead on 28 November and his name is birendra sir that i am going to leave the company immediately due to some personal issue but my salary has been held.I tried to call to the company HR but she didn't pick my call single time. I had some an urgency that's why i given Immediate resign because sometimes no can tell his/her own problem. I would like to ask to the company owner that is it your policy.
