Fantastic experience buying my new car from CarMax...

Fantastic experience buying my new car from CarMax...again! I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with all of the amenities for a great price.

The store staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. In fact, they had to transfer my Jeep from one location to the location of purchase: easy-to-do website kept me updated with every new change...and so did the Sales Rep -- she contacted me everytime there was an update. Wow!

Contrasting this experience to working with a local car dealership...hands down CarMax over the competitior. As a matter of fact, the other car dealership had a similar vehicle at similar price. But they were so difficult to work with, they made it an easy decision to go with CarMax. Difficult to get in contact with the Sales Rep...I had to contact him to follow up. And the Sales Manager was rude and unprofessional. I told him, "This is why people go to CarMax,", left their store and went to purchase my new vehicle at CarMax.

This is our third car from a CarMax store, now. So much easier and more convenient. Prices are reasonable and financing and extended warranty are competitive.

This is my go-to brand now.
