I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this hospital. I, being the klutz I am, have been in their ER several times, had various doctors appointments with them, numerous MRIs, and many family members have gone here as well. I have always received the best care and attention from the workers. I cannot believe so many people have rated this hospital one star. Of course nurses and doctors are not going to be at your beck and call in an ER! They constantly have other people (with worse problems than you, probably) coming in to be treated. I am tired of hearing these reviews about "no one would take care of me". Well, they probably had something more important than your issue going on and STILL got to you on top of it. I had a hole in the back of my head that ended up needing six staples. I had to wait just like everyone else while doctors and nurses were seeing to people in the trauma unit. However, when the doctors and nurses were able to get to me, they have ALWAYS been friendly, understanding, and hard working.
