Room was very nice and clean,pillows uncomfortable...

Room was very nice and clean,pillows uncomfortable though and with the amount we paid we thought free breakfast would be included,especially on someone's birthday and sucked 2 elevators were broken, this is way I'm giving 4 stars and not 5.
