Great venue and great ticket prices, but this place is so dirty. I don't think they have cleaned the bathroom ever. I was glad I had tissues with me because there were no seat covers and I used toilet paper to cover the seat, and a bug came out of the roll. Disgusting!!!! We had reservations for dinner. The show was at 8:00, and we arrived at 6:15. Our dinner order was taken at 6:30, and our food arrived at 8:10. Also, an intro band played starting at 8:20,played til 9:00, And the main group cam onat 9:40. We just sat and waited, and no one around us was happy. We have been going for years, and it has really gone downhill. Because of the lack of cleanliness, if we ever go again it would be with no food and bottled water only
