Made an appointment online for an oil change, indicating that I would wait for service. There were plenty of open time slots.

When I arrived, after waiting for 10 minutes, I was told that I had made an appointment to drop the vehicle off, and that it would not be finished until the next day. For an oil change. No effort whatsoever was made to notify me that I would need to leave my vehicle overnight.

I was also informed that I should have known better than to expect an oil change to take less than an hour.

Now I do know better. Don t use these guys for service. Don t buy cars from them. Don t come around at all.

Take your money to someplace that won t be casually rude to you.
