The Ted Britt Service Department is a well oiled machine. I drove my car into a sheltered area, my service advisor checked me in without delay, & my car was completely serviced & ready to go within 2 hours. The waiting room was quite spacious with no crowding & the coffee was quite good. I had a positive customer service experience & will go there again.
