Very frustrating experience. Played phone tag for 24 hrs to actually speak with a human and schedule a service call for our broken treadmill. Diagnostic with no repair charges were explained clearly, there would be a fee just to come out and decide that they need to come out again to fix it? Found another provider who was out within 48 hrs and our treadmill is up and running before I could have had the diagnostic call from RMS. I suppose I am just not a very patient customer.

After response from the owner I am still hesitant to change my post. They did call me, and then each time I attempted to return their call I was unable to connect with a human being it is difficult for me to be beholden to my phone every minute of the day. It may be customary to charge for a diagnostic but the person on the call stated that the technician would not bring any parts with them. I had explained what part was damaged. So it did not seem to me that there could possibly any repairs completed at the time of the visit. I am sorry that my experience is unlike those of your other customers. As I said perhaps my expectations are too high.
