Tex-mex joint with a nice vibe, decent margaritas and good food (also vegetarian-friendly). The restaurant is large with ample seating, so wait times during peak hours is not very long (< 30 min). They have outdoor seating on the sidewalk which faces South Congress, so there's a lot of foot traffic but that adds to the experience. They also have a bar area with limited first-come, first-serve seating.
