I must say out of all the electric companies I have ever had to deal with this company is by far one of the worst.
I live on North Hemlock Road in Charlestown NH. This road is covered with limbs growing around powerlines. There doesn't seem to be any preventative measures before a storm comes or for that matter at all. There seems to be a "let's not fix anything until it breaks" way of thinking.
Being without power is a inconvenience for your customers(incase you didn't know)
You should feel very lucky that your customers are trapped with you as a provider.
