Brought my laptop in to Jay to fix some water damage that had affected both my screen and keyboard, after getting some pricey quotes from other, larger repair shops. Jay was very friendly and efficient, always calling me with updates on how things were going. I was impressed that he even called me to tell me it wasn't a screen issue but instead a cable issue, so he was honest and didn't try to get more money out of me. The price was very affordable and I'll definitely be returning if I ever run into other problems with my hardware.
