Bought a CPO 2011 Jetta here on March 8. It was not a painless experience (lots of back and forth with the manager as per usual), but it didn't leave a scar or anything like that. They were supposed to have detailed the car prior to delivery, but after I went home I found lots of water marks on the exterior and many black smudges on the interior. Again, nothing impossible to clean, but it just shows that they lack the attention to details. After sales support is none-existent so far, as I have asked them about my title and registration and gotten no replies.
