Excellent, Marvelous, Unforgettable Stay!

We as a family of 4adults and 2 kids stayed here in Room no 3203 from 28th Sep to 01st Oct for 3 nights in a Two bed-room apartment.

Checkin-Checkout: Very very smooth. Infact our reception Manager Mr Tinu has taken care of us very well and he has given a very good view room facing Burj Kalifa (this is my son's wish) and ensured all formalities nicely.

Rooms: Wow..very big room, clean and maintained very well. Everyday, we have been amused about the housekeeping. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for maintaining well. All amenities were working well. Kitchen , TVs, washing machine, coffee maker etc were in perfect condition.
Wifi- is not good and disconnecting often

Location: Hotel is situated exactly on the busy main street. Metro is walkable distance (finance center station). Taxis are available immediately. I suggest to use taxis (not much cost). Behind the hotel, 2 small super market is available. So, buying water cans, curd, etc is very easy. KFC is located in the next building

Breakfast: Fantastic. We have very nice Indian food in the morning breakfast, everyday , different dishes. My kids enjoyed fruit section, nut section, continental breads. Very professional chefs and staffs.

Lobby: Though small in space, staffs & security are very helpful to enter/exit for our touring. More chairs recommended

Tourism agency (goldsand): Please try to avoid this agency. With so much i paid for dubai canel tour, we have been waited in the lobby for more than 1hour for pickup. Poor coordination.

Lift: I want to mention this as special because, several hotels I have seen, lift is not maintained properly or shaky or slow. But, here it is just perfect in all aspects.

Level 43: Wow. You must visit this floor and enjoy the beautiful Dubai view. Unforgettable moment.

Overall, superb hotel , supportive staffs, excellent facilities, great food! What else we need more?!
