Great gym and pool. Very high end. Visited with a friend for a day. Has a nice reception area, with staff that where very helpful and friendly. Food, protein shakes and bars etc for sale there.

The gym floor is quite big. With all the standard free weights and machines, around 8 or so barbell cages for squats and cross fit style training, with the nice coloured weights etc.

The classes on the function floor was fun, you get wireless headphones that play music but also have voice commands from the trainer coming over them, so they can direct you around the circuit while your listening to the music, was a lot of fun and pretty cool.

The pool is a good size and looks very nice, also steam room and sauna, all very high end. Changing rooms have towels and lots of nice complementary products.

Over all very impressed, very big, very high end gym. Luxury, worth the premium.
