We did not choose Quarles. Our company, Revere was bought out by them. We stayed 1 year and this year decided to go with another company. Quarles has now sent the truch here 4 times - last declined truck just left. Called the office and asked what it will take to stop sending the truck out here? So all of you not getting fuel for days, it's because they won't stop coming here! Record keeping/billing is something to be desired
Justin Kay...I read your post. You ARE NOT stuck. Reach out to other propane companies and comparison shop. I did! Now with another company and cheaper. Just don't go with Amerigas either. Just as bad and $$$$
