Very positive and professional atmosphere. My wife and I had just visited another dealership, and left with such a negative feeling we almost went home. After a few minutes with Robert, we felt completely relaxed. Robert discussed the vehicle, choices and options with an understanding of someone that has owned the car for years. After purchasing the car, Robert set up the car's technology and explained all of the characteristics and special operations. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had.
