Our river guide was Jordan. We booked a half day trip, 1:30 to 6:00, lower Deschutes. Our group was four women who were waaaaay out of their comfort zone. One passenger was quite frail, had physical challenges and the others had anxiety about rafting. Jordan was an excellent guide. He instilled confidence, was kind, never put anyone down for not being a thrill seeker. He told us he had guided for five years, had nothing to prove and it was our trip. He had us paddle which was fun and we made several stops along the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. We all said we would go again because he did such a great job. Ask for Jordan!
