Sadly we were placed in a room that had several bug carcasses lying on the floor. The floor looked as if it hadn't been swept in ages. There were no towels available at the water park. We were told by staff that they were cleaning them and to come back. Came back 30, 60, and 120 minutes later and no towels available. Staff did relocate our room. This room although clean, the tv was broken. Late into the night a group of people outside the office were yelling and screaming drunken karaoke. No one stopped this. Overall the water park and pool was nice. The staff was helpful but when operating a "resort" in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, you need to step up your game. There so many other options that these minor issues will have people staying in other places.
