My home buying experience was A++ I worked with Rita ( Colonial Heights, VA) and her team of experts, they were very knowledgable, communicative and beyond professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and specifically Rita to handle your home purchase needs. To tell the truth I was hesitant to even get started for lack of understanding the process and its requirements. Rita took me under her wing, answered every question great and small, handled every bump in the road effortlessly, as a matter of fact she saw many before they even became an issue. I felt important, and confident in her abilities the whole way through. 30 days later I had a home that I truly enjoy and besides for providing documents, I didn't lift a finger until I lifted the pen to sign on the dotted line. The interest rate was better than I expected, and the terms were right where I wanted them so I'd be comfortable with the payment. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or for a better Mortgage company or loan officer ( Rita Feasenmyer) to lead the way! Five stars just arent enough for what I received at the end of this process. My thanks to you Rita and to your team.
