Despite my initial bad experience I must be honest as I was in my first review. The optometrists here are professional in how the approach their customers and how they operate as a business. However I can t deny the fact that they made a mistake and there was some real miscommunication. This is normal, everyone makes mistakes sometimes and I forgive Kanata Optometry for what happened. It is unfortunate but in the end the issue was rectified and they did honour what was said to me. They also were able to provide me a new set of glasses within the day which made up for things as I live 5 hours away.
