Nightmare hotel. Cold rooms, broken heating, dirty and outdated. Lifts not working. The entertainment room was inhabited by a shady individual who slept half naked and with the door open. The spa is shabby and practically non-existent. Liar and unfriendly staff. Not even worth 1 star. The restaurant is nothing short of scandalous, cold, unqualified staff and disgusting and badly cooked dishes. We checked out immediately the following morning. To be avoided like the plague.
