Very positive experience, my first time ever taking my vehicle to a dealership for warranty work plus I did not purchase the vehicle from them but they treated me like a returning regular customer. Kyle the service advisor I dealt with went above and beyond what I expected from squeezing me in on short notice due to the severity of the problem then coming in early to get my truck into the system and arranging a ride for me to and from college on time. Kyle was off when the truck was done and another advisor Lori was able to pick up when he left off and answered all my questions and took very good care of me as well. Great communication, customer service and overall experience start to finish.
