I was just charged $90 on my account from a bill that was 3 months prior, in July. Apparently they never processed credit cards from that time and just realized now. I was doing my best to be understanding but this was completely unprofessional and kelly handled the situation terribly. I understand the difficultly of dealing with upset customers but a charge from 3 months ago with no warning is probably very devastating to many people including me, a college student. Will not be returning.
