Great experience. From the time I arrived to finish! Nathan greeted me in the parking lot and was very courteous, professional and personable. Alan, the sales manager, was excellent. I arrived with pre approval and had a thin margin as I was carrying over negative equity on a previous loan. Thad and team were able to accommodate my needs and I left with EXACTLY what i walked in expecting. No haggle no BS just exceptional customer service! Great work team!
