Having last year paid for a stairlift to be installed into my parents home i am shocked and appalled at the way this company treat its elderly customers. The lift started making a loud clicking sound within a month of installation so we requested an engineers visit to remedy the problem. When he came he said there was noghing wrong with it.

3 engineers later, 6 months of correspondence with the furniture ombudsman and trading standards and the threat of legal action, my parents have finally had the problem resol3ved. An independent engineer visited today, immediately recognised that it sounded wrong and identified and rectified the issue.



If we had not been determined to pursue this matter for more than six months which has been incredibly stressful for my parents both in their 80's, they would be stuck with the worst , noisiest stairlift in existence.

Do not use this company, service was appalling ans their actions were dishonest and immoral.
