I m very unhappy with the fact that there s absolutely no customer service, how does a company have absolutely no customer service?????? even after I explained to the receptionist that I didn t see my question in the help section online he simply stated I can t help you and hung up in my face. Safe to say I will not be referring anyone to this website.the receptionist there are rude, even the automated system is set up to treat concerned customers in a rude manner.
