Never had to leave and find another hotel before. There were issues with the inside lock on the main door and the outlet the air conditioner plugged into was burnt like it shorted out and caught fire. The second room they offered us was ok at first, but I found blood on the light switch plate and a cracked bathroom sink. I didn't like the vibe the whole place had and the window in the second room was broken as well. I have never left a hotel or even motel so soon after checking in. Also it was in a very rough area of Atlanta. The staff were extremely helpful the entire experience. Check in, assisting with the room exchange, and to finally cancelling my stay they were 100% polite and promt. They also expressed concern regarding out request to cancel and requested feedback so they could try and assist with preventing future issues. They made me wish I could give them a separate review because they were so helpful.
