BATS is a first-class training facility for baseball and softball. The facilities and equipment are more than adequate and are well maintained. What really sets BATS apart, however, is the quality of the instruction provided. Kyle Knoblauch played baseball at a high level and not only knows the game (as well as softball), but also is a gifted and committed teacher. The same is true of the others who teach at BATS. This is a place where a lot of serious instruction goes on at every age level, from pre-little league to seniors and every age in between. BATS trains many high school athletes who are competing for college scholarships, and assists them in that competition. There are numerous programs for group training, and individual lessons are available by appointment. This is not just a place for kids' parties or to kill a half hour in a batting cage; this is a place to learn how to get the most out of yourself. I've learned a lot just from hanging around during training sessions on the weekends!
