Nice people but didn't have good communication abo...

Nice people but didn't have good communication about staff being out of office and therefore unable to complete time sensitive review. Wasted 3-4 days during an important real estate transaction waiting for responses that, it turns out, wouldn't be available until the following week. Disappointing because they seem like nice people. I found another attorney in town who was available and helped in less than a day.
