This does not have to do with a hotel stay this has to do with the rooftop bar.

As expected from a place on the water good views lackluster service all around because they expect the rooftop vibe to makeup for it.

Host doesn't seem to understand how to host.
Bartenders don't seem to understand how to properly bartend. Someone should not have to reach all the way across the bar to get the drink they paid for.

Prices are crazy for what you get also.

If you want a view of Venice Beach and don't care about any form of acceptable service then this is your place.
