I stayed in a room with two queen beds. After a long day of traveling I showered got in the bed and the sheets on the bed were rough in texture as if they were worn out and had raised fabrics. I got up and gently rubbed my hand on the other queen bed and the sheets felt silky and fine in texture but mine were for sure coarse. I did bring this to the front desks attention and someone brought me a sheet to change myself. Upon careful examination I even saw some green stains on the sheets right where I was laying. When paying over 200 for one night I just want to get situated and sleep I don t want any issues even if they re minor. Good customer service though great location if you re into the city life and the hotel is nice.
