Literally save ur self the hassle and run away from this place do not rent !!!!slum lord is far better of a word then a term I'd use .. I just don't know what term would be worse .. my fiance rents from them they do not fix anything . And when she calls they barely call her back sad and pathetic ...the concrete porch is falling apart and collapsing, and u can see where they tried to bandaid fix the problem before ..now her basement is full of water leaking in from the outside everytime it rains and it's not just a little bit of water it leaks from all four walls and has ruined all of her stuff she has stored including keepsakes Christmas stuff and irreplaceable airlooms , the drains back up and when they do it backs up into the bathtub and sinks plumbers were out a few times but just seem to bandaid that problem and always cones back there has been mold growing because of the water and moisture she has a kid and he seems to get sick more often now I am going to call board of health and building inspectors and see what they can say... snow removal is in her lease but never gets done ive had to call a snow removal service for her on many occasions because she slipped fell and hurt herself because the service is never completed also the grass company is careless the people there are nice but once they have ur money and ur contracted in ur lease it's over for u
