This was, bar none, the BEST car buying experience...

This was, bar none, the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased my first KIA SOUL in 2013 and I loved it, but I wanted to upgrade the features so I started looking at 2016 models. I found a special edition on Fort Bends website that looked perfect. I started communicating with the dealership and Jose Molina responded to my inquiry. He is awesome!!! I live about 1 hr 30 min from Rosenberg and couldn't get to the dealership to meet with him. He sent me pictures as well as a video to show off the Soul I wanted. It wasn't a "stock" video either, he literally went to the vehicle with his phone and walked around it giving me a quick overview. He texted me updates so I would be kept informed but not bothered. I was able to literally research, communicate and manage the entire process on my smartphone and tablet! It was sooooo convenient it was unreal... I thought "this is too good to be true, somethings gotta be fishy..." WRONG! Jose Molina went above and beyond to make this experience about what I wanted, even if that meant not buying the car. Well, the process began on Wednesday evening and the SOUL I wanted was in my driveway on Thursday evening. Yep... That quick and it's all due to Jose Molina. He knew, that because of my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to make it to the dealership to pick up my new baby so he drove the vehicle to a place of my choosing in Victoria, brought all the necessary paperwork and we drove to my husbands workplace (he works nights) to sign the papers and give us both the grand tour. Jose is so awesome it was like talking to a friend or your big brother. The sale was fast because I knew what I wanted, but I NEVER felt like I was under pressure to buy it. Even after he drove all the way to Victoria TX, he told me if I didn't want it, no problem, he would just drive it back and help me find something I did like. I can't say enough about Jose and Maranda Martin in finance. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, if you want someone to really work on your deal who is willing to put YOU first regardless of whether you buy a vehicle or not, Jose Molina and the Fort Bend Kia dealership is where you want to go. Remember, I'm describing a car salesman, and a car dealership...we all know what most of them are like...happy to see you as long as you're buying and happy to talk to you as long as they're lying, but seriously, if you want a great dealership and an awesome guy to help you through the experience, get in touch with Jose Molina at Fort Bend Kia in Rosenberg TX.
