It's been a while since I felt such a hospitablr customer service I'm Singapore. I'm just a home power tool user, and many companies will usually just brush me away but Alan from Makita took the time to explain to me, show me around and helped me with my accessory purchase which only cost $3. Felt bad taking up their time but nevertheless Makita has earned themself a lifelong customer..
