Austin the service rep was incompetent! Also i don't know why you guys would let a guy with brown teeth greet customers i felt really uncomfortable. Service manager Dan Ford if that's his real name which i know is false called and told me about how you put your customers first. He said he was calling with specifics when that was my first time talking to him. I'm pretty sure you have to speak to both parties to get specifics. I was charged almost 1,000 bucks to get a new key made and an ignition amp they said i needed. Both parts together costs under 400 bucks so how was i charged 600 bucks for labor. A complete rip off and incompetent workers!!!!!!!
