I recently purchased a piece of heavy equipment from this company and was impressed by their extensive selection and knowledgeable staff. However, I encountered some challenges with the delivery process, which was frustrating. The website was user-friendly, but I wish there were more detailed product descriptions to help me make an informed decision. Overall, the experience was 🤔. The customer service was good, but there is definitely room for improvement in the delivery and product information aspects.
