I revived a call from a counselor 2 weeks ago about withdrawing my money since I no longer work for the State of Maryland. I was told it will only take 2 weeks to receive my check. Called today and found out the counselor gave me wrong information and I won t get my money until March or April. I would have given it 1 star but the counselor I spoke to today was really nice so that s why I gave 2 stars. It makes no sense how long it takes to process payment.
