Every contingency deadline was ignored. No respect for the other realtor or the sellers. Blatant choice to not communicate caused undue stress on all other parties. Zero communication when requested.

Also they left some woman at the house that was not the realtor at our house during the inspection.

If you get an offer from a Kelly Price buyer, read any red flag you get in the beginning. They disappeared for 4 days after their first offer and then came back. Irresponsible realtor caused a lot of chaos. Never work with this company.

By the way, her lack of communication even caused the buyer to miss their closing date.
