Company environment is good but they don't know ho...

Company environment is good but they don't know how to manage and they don't satisfy.I think politics will run inside the company. They dont give job very soon after hiring also...and again they will keep interviews for others....I didn't understand companys theme...why they keep hold for selected people and why they keep openings for new people....very worst experience I lost my three months of time...later they put me hold ....and explaining me that they dont have projects.... very bad experience
