Often from my own buffoonery, I've had to take my computers in for repair at the Hamster. I've always gotten superior service and my issues resolved in a timely manner. I also appreciate the explanations and additional instructions the guys give, such as don't delete drivers . . . hehehe. Matt and Forester at the MLK location totally ROCK!
