All around awesome hotel. Typical top-notch Japanese service; excellent restaurants and breakfast; big, bright, clean rooms. Roppongi Hills is sterile but is otherwise an excellent location to get to lots to other places in Tokyo. Big pool and serviceable gym (better than average). Would stay here again without thinking about it.
