I had a Cease and desist and they continued to call me ,Reps give wrong information in their notes lucky I was able to pay my car off but trust me you do not want to deal with them. I had to send an email to the VP just to get help. And a local floor manager was the one who listen to the problem and helped me in the end. She is working with the reps on better customer service Tracy in the Clearwater branch is that company's life saver.
