Do not follow up within one or two or even three business days (never get a live person, rarely get responses to email, never within their own promised 1 day). Charged my credit card for 4 transactions (unautorhized by me) last Monday and did not credit my Avaniti market card. I contacted 5 times through every channel I could find and still have not had the courtesy of a single phone call. I received 1 email and have spent 2 hours with no assistance. Stay away from this vendor and do NOT use their kiosk or smartphone app to reload your card as they are incapable of communicating timely or rectifying their own mistakes.
